AIPSAFE365 stands for AI Protection Services. Our official website is aipsafe365.com.

What does the app do?

It helps you see activity on your Mac and review requests from AI agents that connect to it. Folder monitoring records changes. Connected agents can ask permission before an action, and you can allow or block their requests.

It is not antivirus software or a guarantee against scams. It does not automatically block every AI app. Permission decisions require a cooperating agent integration.

What devices work?

The public desktop download supports Apple Silicon Macs (M1 or newer). Windows, Intel Mac, Android and iPhone public releases are not included in the subscription.

What am I paying for?

A subscription links the current Mac software to one registered computer. Basic costs $9.99 USD monthly or $99 USD annually and renews until canceled. Local monitoring works independently of billing. Read the subscription terms before buying.

Who handles payments?

Stripe processes checkout and subscriptions. Our public merchant name and charge descriptor are AIPSAFE365. Your bank or payment app may format the name differently. We do not collect your card number in the website or app.

How do I cancel or get billing help?

Sign in to My account, then choose Manage subscription to stop future renewals. For billing questions or a refund request, email teamsafe@aipsafe365.com. Include your account email and the date of the charge. Do not send your password or card number.

What happens to my files?

Desktop activity and rules stay on your computer. Documents and prompts are not uploaded to the billing service. Account and payment services process the information needed to sign you in and manage your subscription. See our privacy notice.
